I am PADMAJA, a Civil Engineer by profession and also a very passionate cook who absolutely loves food. I have my own food blog, www.spicyandhra.org and I run my own Catering business. My love for Indian Cooking has grown immensely in the past few years and made me realise that cooking and teaching has become my absolute passion.

My style of cooking is with fresh flavours, very authentic and very different to the kind of food we get in Indian Restaurants.My basic aim is to create food which is freshly made with locally available fresh ingredients as much as possible and most importantly free from artificial additives, colours and preservatives.

I have embarked on an epic journey from not knowing to cook to an amazing specialist lecturer at few of prestigious Suffok Colleges teaching to cook Real Indian Food.
